On the wall of the old YMCA in Sheffield a vandal's graffiti tag overlays the previous occupant's wall art. Sheffield has seen a plague of taggers in recent years, some vandals deliberately obscuring road signs and lineside safety equipment. There sometimes seems to be much talking but a dearth of hearing on both sides.
